All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your package shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it and/or it was lost in the mail, please contact USPS or UPS customer service or your local post office. Unfortunately, we do not have direct access to any further information that what is listed on the tracking page. (Also note, sometimes packages are scanned too early when being loaded onto delivery vehicles and often don't get delivered for anther 1-3 business days).

Please keep in mind that all products have been inspected prior to being packed and sent to you. Once it is in the shipping entities hands, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur in the shipping process.

Please double check your address BEFORE checking out. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for any return to sender packages that must then be sent back out to the buyer due to address error. Should the buyer not agree to pay the re-shipping fee when offered, order will be refunded minus the shipping that was already paid as package had been shipped and returned.
To help avoid errors, make an account at the top right-hand corner where addresses can be stored for quicker check out. This also offers a way to check on your order status.
Shipping and Processing:
We are currently shipping within the United States and Internationally. If you are international from the United States, expect shipping to cost more.
We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays.

We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, stolen packages or addresses that were entered incorrectly at check out by the customer.
We hope you LOVE your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we would like to do our best to make it right.
Return requests must be emailed to us at email@example.com within 5 days of your order being delivered. Please include your order number in your request.
Items may only be returned for store credit. Refunds will only be for the product minus any shipping you may have paid.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
A return authorization (RA#) must be given prior to shipping your order back.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit while being returned.
All items will be inspected and processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with your issued store credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
**Please note, minor damage may occur during shipping and that is not the responsibility of Amber Plans Her Day. Stickers will still be functional. There will not be replacements for any minor damage due to shipping companies fault.
All items are inspected before shipment, but if for some reason an item is defective or damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org within TWO business days of receiving your order. Note, we are not responsible for items damaged in-transit or mis-delivered packages.
Have a coupon code? Make sure to enter it at checkout. Check and double check that the coupon applied to your order before completing check out. Coupons will not be honored if it is forgotten at checkout or customer doesn't double check to make sure the coupon was applied to cart.
